Kazipet Station Renovation

I can't decide if the new works in Kazipet Station are an upgrade, downgrade or just... A side grade like a normal station but nothing special about it?

On the plus side it seems like they closed off the area in front of the station for vehicles making it easy for pedestrians and they're adding a couple of Gazebos. Well i can't tell if they're gonna be maintained well.

On the other side the old facade was kinda iconic with the elephant on side and engine decor in the front. I may be biased because of nostalgia and i don't want to judge soon because i don't know many details about the new design yet, like all those tiny holes serve any functional purpose to let in natural light? And I'm not a big fan of minimalism when it comes to public buildings.

Let's see how it ends up.

Any local Organisation or resources in Warangal for spay/neuter stray dogs?

I wanted to address the problem of proliferation of street dogs in Hanamkonda (afaik). There are at least 2-3 dogs in a single galli, at least in my locality and they're a menace with their midnight howling sessions. I also wanted to share a story of a stray dog from my neighbourhood.

Is there any local government body dedicated for spaying street dogs or like a trap, neuter, release program? because stray animals don't seem to thrive and they barely survive in many areas, they mostly live off improper garbage disposal by locals. The garbage dump in the pictures is just one of many, they get cleared by municipal workers once in a while but it'll go back to the same in a couple of days.

There's a sweet female dog in my street, I've been observing her for over a couple of years now. I remember her from other dogs because her mate or the male dog she was with was tied to gate and brutally beaten to death with sticks by my neighbours and their rationale was it attacked or ate one of their chickens 🫩. She grieved for a while and since then she started living in the same area. Each time i return during my college SEM break she's either pregnant or with small pups (most of which don't even survive) all the while being malnourished herself.

Spaying her will atleast stop her from getting pregnant anymore. If things go well she might even be adopted, lemme if i can do anything about the situation.

I know this won't solve the underlying systemic issue, even if there aren't any dogs in my area, dogs from some other region would claim it after a while but solutions have to begin somewhere.

P.S. The dog in the third pic is her son

Also I'm not an advocate for dog lovers, i myself have been chased by dogs a dozen times.
