End tenancy clean

Hi, I’ve been renting a 2 bed apartment for 8 years and it was brand new when we moved in. We’re a family of five and it’s my first inventory check when we move out. I’ve booked an end of tenancy clean but I’m worried about how fair they will be in regards to fair wear and tear. The landlord knows the developers have bad quality walls super thin easily scratched etc. The walls have not been painted and the carpet not replaced in the bedrooms as landlord chose not to despite us requesting walls to be painted before. I’m worried because the flat was brand new when we moved in what the expectation is when we’ve lived here so long as a family with young kids. Any tips would be appreciated. Unfortunately my little one has scribbled a little bit on the walls so thinking to paint over those and on the carpet there is some sticky stuff stuck in some places that I need to remove with stronger carpet cleaner. I’ve treated this place like my own and always had regular cleaners. The shower room has a little mould in some of the tile grout because the extractor fan hasn’t effectively worked but I’ve tried my hardest to keep the place clean over the years. Appreciate your input to ease my worries!
