Milestone: just filled my last CGM Rx of pregnancy (I hope)

I have had so many issues with my Libre 3+, so maybe this is just wishful thinking, but I was excited to realize that the refill I just received should take me through the end of pregnancy (and hopefully beyond — I’m due mid-September, and this is a 3 month supply). Feels momentous, but not a milestone that anyone else would recognize 😂

Ughhh … my dumb 3 am mistake messing with my whole morning

I had a blocked line alert at 3 am on my pump and disconnected to troubleshoot … then I FORGOT TO RECONNECT! Woke up high and kept trying to correct, and of course nothing happened. Then, I realized what I had done. Blood sugar is finally coming down now, a few hours later. I also wasted probably 30 units of insulin (how did I not smell the insulin?).

Ugh 😩

Checking my CGM/Pump Apps Contributing to Phone Addiction?

Just wondering if anyone else feels like managing their diabetes in pregnancy has contributed to their phone addiction? I have become obsessed with opening my CGM app/pump app. I have my high alarm set to 140 mg/dL so I could just wait to check when it alarms, but I don't have the self-control to do that! Instead, I'm constantly checking throughout the day and night.

I have become so habituated to looking at my phone, opening the app and messing around with settings/making small corrections, and then . . . of course I end up doing other things on the phone as well.

I might have to use something like Brick to prevent me from using other apps while I'm checking my CGM. I "only" have twelve weeks left (though these twelve weeks are in many ways the most challenging and require the most hands-on management), but I'm worried I'll carry forward these bad habits.
