I’m interested in participating in any volunteer programs at DC during the weekends. Are there any specific organizations or websites that y’all would recommend looking into? Do some clubs at AU help host these volunteering events? (undergrad first-year here)
I’m an incoming freshman and my laptop (HP) gets pretty hot easily and the fan sounds like a plane ready to take off. Would this be an issue during classes and in the library? Should I invest in a cooling pad for it? Im also worried it’ll disturb my roommate.
I have this problem where whenever I’m drawing, I get scared that I’ll “ruin” it and I will refuse to work on it any further. I know that I can always duplicate the layers, copy it onto another canvas and “preserve“ the OG layers but idk anymore. I fear that whatever I’m drawing won’t live up to the expectations I have in my mind. This has been the main roadblock for me when it comes to improving my art and I’m honestly so sick of it.
I’m a freshman who will be attending the upcoming fall semester, and I am from a county who doesn’t start processing final transcripts till after AU’s deadline (June 30). I’ve already emailed the undergrad admissions office abt this (still waiting on a response). Is anyone else also going through this/has already been through this?
