I've got an issue recently: I got super bloated.

My face has gotten very round, my arms and wrists are filled with water, same with stomach and legs.

I've stopped taking my pill two months ago. The same time as my double pulmonary embolism.

I know that stopping the pill can lead to bloating and water retention. But I read it only goes on for two to three weeks.

I'm also on Eliquis 5mg twice a day.

Anyone else as gotten water retention after an embolism? How did you arrange it?

I've searched the sub already but couldn't find what I wanted. How do you deal with the compression stockings during the summer and warmer days?

I have white stockings, toeless. It's very warm today and I wanted to dress more light. Unfortunately, I have a very limited choice of clothes that can look good with the stockings. If they show, it looks extremely weird. So no shorts and shorter skirts.

And it's too warm to put on pantyhose on top of the compression stockings.

Any hacks or advice for a broke 30 year old who doesn't want to be too warm but still a little bit stylish?
