Suggestions for aggressive cut

18M, 170cm, 70kg as of this morning. Around 15% bf. Maintanance should be around 2500 and ive been eating around 1500. I have been doing an aggressive cut for 2 weeks. I plan on continuing like this for other 4 weeks(but if im lean enough ill stop early). Before you ask have been tracking calories and doing around 15 to 18k steps a day

I have questions that google cant answer (and i refuse to use ai) so i gotta resort to real people.

I started and i was 73kg, then my weight dropped for a couple of days until it hit 70.3 kg and stalled for at least 5 days. After that it got at 70.7 for 2-3 days and it dropped today at 69.9(basically 70 but whatever). Even tho i lost 3 kg of most likely water weight i have seen no difference from when i started in my appearence.

My main doubt is if my body is holding onto eccess water since its stressed about the deficit when will it drop the water? Everybody says that week after week i should see progress, i understand that 2 weeks is not much time but for a deficit this harsh it seems weird.

My other dilemma is if a refeed day would be beneficial. As long as im busy doing something i dont think about food so my mental health wouldnt bulge by much. Ive heard about the so called whoosh effect and that it could be triggered by a refeed day since the body is lowering cortisol because of the nutrients its been deprived of coming back. That said im not sure if i want to do one since ive seen advice of just sticking to the plan.

Like can water weight be flushed away on command with a refeed day(or doing whatever workout ufc fighters do, im not considering it btw i just know that they do that to drop weight the day before a fight) or do i have to just trust the process and it will drop the weight all at once? Like i dont mind waiting to have a good physique but i want to know if im doing it right and some changes in appearence in between where im just a little leaner would be appreciated.

Thanks for your time please leave suggestions anything would help
