I got an Intel i3-2330M cpu and an Intel Integrated GraphicsCPU 3000HD i am tryna turn this thing into a capable machine for 2026 btw this shits got like 4 gb ram. Any suggestions? With throttlestop, and also, is it safe to use now, considering the recent issue? Oh and this is a laptop
