Hotel Check-Ins

The excitement is bubbling up!!! I just booked a hotel for the weekend of Niteharts, but was wondering what people who have gone in the past did as far as check-ins go. My boyfriend works an office job, so to not use up more PTO than neccessary (since I know we'll need Friday and probably Monday off for recovery) I was thinking that we could just bring our stuff with us on the day of the festival and then do late check-in after day one is over. Does this seem feasible? We booked a Best Western and from what I read online it seems like they have 24-hour check-ins. I just wanted to see if anyone else has had experience doing things this way!

Stage 1 Liquid Diet Help

TLDR: Just got a gastric sleeve, on day four of my liquid diet, wondering if protein frozen yogurts or halo top-type ice creams would be allowed.

Hello! I (25F) am pretty freshly post-op from my robot-assisted sleeve gastrectomy on July 1st. First I want to mention how brave EVERYONE is for getting or considering this, because even though the numbers look great and it's not a super invasive surgery, it's still a LOT. But now that I have my new pouch (which I learned on the paperwork that mine is apparently 40fr-- I lucked out and got the "bigger" one) I have some questions about the liquid stage. My program has guidelines for a liquid diet including jello, puddings, yogurts, strained soups, and drinks for three weeks before moving onto the puree stage. I was wondering if things such as Yasso yogurt or low sugar and low carb protein yogurts are ill-advised at this stage given that they have no bumps or chunks in them, or if they are just too new to really have been mentioned? Aside from that, any recommendations on what to have are very appreciated! I am really starting to miss having solid food! T_T
