Who else doesnt really like the new two albums?
Men I Trust have been one of my favorite bands ever, but ever since they dropped their new albums, I just feel like they're not quite it. Don't get me wrong, there are some great tracks, mostly on Asinus and the earlier singles.
I just feel like releasing three albums in one year hurt the overall quality. "Landkeeper" feels too much like a rehash of "Trees Among the Shrubs," and most of the songs in Cabalus lack the kind of progression that used to be there in their previous works.
Anyway, I know a lot of people love these new albums, and I understand and respect that. I just wonder if I'm the only one who feels this way.
