Missed my dose by three days because of a work trip. Do I take it late or just wait?
Hi everyone. I completely spaced on my tirzepatide shot this week. I was traveling for work and forgot to pack a vial. Usually I take it on Thursday nights, but now it is Sunday. I am finally back home, but I am stressing out. Do I just take it right now and push my whole weekly schedule back? Or am I better off skipping this week entirely and waiting until my regular Thursday night slot? I am terrified of getting hit with intense nausea if I mess up the timing, but the food noise is already starting to creep back in. How do you all handle the transition when life gets in the way?
