Yall I’m genuinely lost here. I applied since December 2024 and keep getting prima facie papers but no EAD!

I did an ombudsman and submitted to the local congressman AND expedited with USCIS. But NOTHINGGGG since other than some biometrics a few months ago. I’ve got two little kids man!

My family has helped all they could but this is teetering on the edge for them with helping us. I’m about to lose my mind.

I can’t even go to my country cus my girls don’t have a passport since their dad won’t sign off on it!

PLEASE HOW ARE YALL GETTING APPROVED FOR AN EAD????
