Two Foot Approach HELP
I have recently switched 1 foot to 2 foot jumping. Any tips on how to fix my technique or just jump higher would be helpful. I know I am taking off two far from the rim

I am trying to learn right-left. But seems to hop during my penultimate. How do I push instead of hopping during my penultimate. Any advice or tips would help.
I need all your help yall!!! So I am naturally a left foot jumper but recently I have been trying to switch to two foot because I feel like I am more controlled and powerful compared to my one foot jump where I kinda rely on speed. I tried to jump off two today but as you can see in the video( sorry for the bad quality). I heard that jumping right-left was better for me as I am right handed and jump off my left feet. But it just feels so unnatural. Like a year ago I also tried to jump off two I started training left-right but gave up as I jumped higher off one. I just cant get my body to make it feel natural, and I have asked people but they just said you know watch like Isiah Rivera and get the reps in. I did it all but still it seems so unnatural, my body wants to jump left-right. I also tried to fix my technique which is so bad at the moment. When I watch other people jump like Ja and Ant, their penultimate step is so long and their lead leg is fully stretched. If you look at my left knee it is like not fully bent or stretched when I take my penultimate. Also when I take my penultimate it looks like I am hurdling. I just cant get my body to be low to the ground. Any tips, cues or advice would help. Should I just stick with one foot? I dont know
