Okay, so I've only seen the anime, and that's it. So if I'm wrong, my apologies in advance.

But I kind of liked the ending of AoT with everything coming together and lining up, the fact that Eren is the one who caused all of this, sacrificing himself and most of the population to stop those monsters from ever existing again.

And a lot of people are saying that the ending is terrible and I'm not going to argue saying it was perfect, I'm just genuinely curious as to why, and I feel like I'm missing something big.
