Budget Fragrance Collection Review After A Few Months Of Testing

Budget Fragrance Collection Review After A Few Months Of Testing

Here is a look at my current rotation. These are the budget fragrances I have been testing and using for a couple of months now, and I wanted to share my thoughts on how they perform.

The Best Performers

My absolute favorites and the best anchors of the collection are Old Money from Bla Bli, Old Money Elixir, Denver Imperial, Wild Stone Code Copper, Engage Maracuja, Denver Green, Titan Steele, and Beardo Godfather. According to me, these are the most reliable. If sprayed decently, they easily last my entire shift.

The Moderate Performers

Then I have other fragrances like Bellavita CEO Man, Ajmal ascend , Yardley Gentleman Classic, and Titan Raw. These are my moderate use fragrances. They are decent for shorter outings but only stay on for around 3 to 4 hours nearly.and i prefer to layer these with my anchors..

The Underperformers And Dislikes

Moving down the list, there is White Oud which is honestly below moderate in terms of performance for me. Then there is Iridium. This one just is not for me. Something smelled off about it, even after letting it sit and macerate for months.

Minimal use

Finally, Riya , arctic blue and sky are smtn i use when I just need smtn to smell , hanging about here n there

Let me know what you guys think of these or if you have any similar budget recommendations.

Layering would give an all new scent in the air mixing anchors with other frags are crazy, and you don't even have to apply em directly I prefer to use anchor on shirt and the top frag on pulse point's...

Make sure to do research on what frag goes with which one..random layering would make smell like a sanitary workshop.

Good day!

[REVIEW] Engage Brazilian Maracuja Cognac EDP

Hey guys, just wanted to drop a quick review of Engage Brazilian Maracuja Cognac EDP because I am impressed with this stuff lately. For a budget bottle, it genuinely punches way above its weight class.

Here is the honest breakdown:

How it Smells

The opening is this super juicy, tropical burst of passion fruit. It is bright and fresh, but then the dry down hits and that kinda mature. A warm, boozy cognac note creeps in with a smooth amber base. It ends up smelling dark, sophisticated, and way more expensive than it actually is. It kinda gives off those high-end niche vibes but is totally wearable for every day. But may be synthetic for initial few Seconds

Projection and Longevity

Longevity: I am easily getting 6 hours on clothes. I can still catch strong whiffs of it at the end of a long day.

Projection: It pushes out really well for the first 1 to 2 hours. It creates a nice little scent bubble around you but lacks scent trial

Final Thoughts: I would rate 7.5/10

It is super versatile too. Even though it has that boozy cognac vibe, the fresh passion fruit makes it totally fine for day wear, casual hangouts, or nights out.

If you love fruity-boozy scents and want decent longevity on a budget, do not sleep on this one.

Anyone else tried this yet? How is the performance for you?
