This is Frisco who I adopted after he was nearly killed by pitbull. I saw him on Facebook in the middle of the night and donated for his medical care. Was 100% sure he would be dead by morning but he was super tough.
All my dogs have been chewed up and spit out when they arrived at my house.
A rescue scooped him up and managed to raise about $7k for his recovery ❤️🩹
He lost a leg, tail, spine broken in two places. Had to rewire his intestines and make sure he was okay enough to live a decent life. Silly me thought I would have to bribe someone in the rescue to score such a special dog. Surprisingly I was the only one in line so on Christmas Eve 2014 I drove 5 hours round trip and brought him home. He’s the best little dog but isn’t keen on big dogs.
His medical records are on a disc because so much was done to save this guy who true to breed didn’t like to stay home and a neighbor’s beast got him one day.
