I don’t watch Brett Miller, aka Tommy Scoville, but I do know that when they “moved” to Ecuador, they supposedly bought this penthouse in the Portofino building. Johnny/Kurt points to it and Brett says they have closed on the sale. They both said they bought it even though it is a furnished rental property.
