I’m from Ranchi and thinking of taking admission in IGNOU BCA as a backup degree. I wanted to ask if IGNOU students are eligible for the Jharkhand E-Kalyan scholarship.

Has anyone here from IGNOU successfully received E-Kalyan recently?
Especially for BCA or any distance learning course.

I want to know:

• whether IGNOU appears in the E-Kalyan portal,
• if bonafide certificate is accepted,
• and whether scholarship amount gets approved without issues.

Would really appreciate help from anyone studying in IGNOU from Jharkhand.

We are a small family of 3 currently staying in a 1.5 BHK in Ashok Kunj paying around ₹6k rent, but need to shift nearby soon. Looking for a decent 1 or 2 BHK in these areas:

• Harmu Housing Colony (Patel Park side preferred)

Saw this AQI data on aqi.in and 2025–2026 look noticeably worse than previous years, with more extreme days and spikes.
