How long can I dry fast with a high body fat percentage? The longest I've fasted is twice for 5 days. My goal isn't weight loss, although I understand that it comes with it. My focus is on manifestation and achieving deeper levels of awareness. I'm also open to cycling in 4 ounces of water if necessary.
