I overused antibacterial mouthwash, and I believe it killed not only the harmful bacteria but also the beneficial bacteria in my mouth. Ever since then, I feel like my oral microbiome has been disrupted. At first, I thought it was Candida and self-diagnosed, but I no longer think that’s the case.
Has anyone experienced something similar or found anything that helped restore their oral microbiome? I’d really appreciate any advice or recommendations. Thank you!
