Looking for a pipa (UK)

Hello,

As the title suggests, I'm currently seeking a pipa. Having googled a fair bit, it seems the only easily available instruments for the UK are the Atlas e-30;

..and the pipa made by Thomann;

Can't find much info at all on the former, and the latter has very mixed reviews on Thomann's own page.

So I wondered if anyone here was able to offer any opinions on either of these models, or recommend an alternative? Budget-wise, what these two cost (£250-300 or so) is about what I was looking to spend, as I'm only really looking for an introductory/beginner instrument at this stage.

Thanks!

Places to buy lesser-known tinned fish in UK

Hi all,

Newish convert to the magical world of tinned seafood here. Tried most of the offerings from UK supermarkets and aware of the Tinned Fish Market. Just wondering if there are any other places where you can buy slightly more exotic varieties from around the world, that people could recommend? Not necessarily online, just in general. It seems the US has a much greater variety on offer in their shops compared to here, judging by the posts on this and similar pages.

Thanks!
