Anyone hire offshore social media manager talent and not regret it

Can't do 4k a month for a US based person, that's just not in the budget this year.

My worry isn't skill, it's the copy landing right. There's a rhythm to how our customers talk and I don't know if that translates.

If you went this route, where did you find them and how much editing are you doing weekly? If the answer is that you rewrite everything then it's not really a savings.

HVAC Replacement and I'm considering Goodman again

Went with a Goodman 12 years ago when our previous unit died. Paid $5,800 installed (I know, different era). Unit gave us 12 years of basically zero issues, one capacitor in year 8. Now it's time again, and the quotes I got are Goodman 16 SEER 3 ton at $7,400, Carrier 16 SEER 3 ton at $9,800, and Trane XR16 3 ton at $10,200. The Goodman is $2,400 cheaper than Carrier and almost $3,000 cheaper than Trane, and my instinct is to go with what I know works.

The pushback I keep hearing online and from techs is some version of Goodman is fine but it's not what it used to be (heard this four times verbatim), Daikin owns them now and the quality has slipped, and you'll regret saving $3K when you're paying for repairs in year 6. But my actual ownership experience was great, so I'm stuck wondering if everyone's wrong about Goodman or if I just got lucky on a unit that happened to be a good year.

Boca Raton btw. Anyone running a Goodman from the last 4-5 years care to chime in?

First Virtual assistant for a small business, what should I actually delegate first?

I own a small business, a couple of locations, and I'm the bottleneck on everything. People who hired their first one, what did you start them on and what did you keep doing yourself longer than you should have. and did you go with someone part time to start or full time right away.
