How many offers did it take before one of yours got accepted?
I've been house hunting since February and I've put in four offers, all in the same price range. Three of them went to buyers who waived the inspection, and the last one went well over asking on the day it listed. I'm starting to think I'm shopping in a bracket that never actually sells for what it's listed at.
For the people who got through this and closed on something, what changed about the way you were making offers?
