You ain’t that tough

Dear Guests who park in drive ups without an order because you’re a lazy piece of shit who deserves less…

Getting mad and knocking on the door doesn’t make you seem tough and your anger is not valid.

It’s reserved parking, FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. And if you pick up an order, you usually move to another spot if you have to go inside.

And going inside just to double tap after shopping instead of picking it up at the service desk while spending damn near two hours parked in DU? We don’t like you either.

And always remember that for as mad as some of you get(mostly grown ass MEN), WE GONE DO IT AGAIN so get even madder.

Edit: the harmless flyers. New guy got a little too trigger happy with them.

Last twenty minutes of my shift was spent explaining to a guest that sent her husband to pick up her order how to do a drive up return.

Of course, the caveat is that they’re elderly.

She ordered three of the shea moistures hand rubs. Said they were the wrong ones(because the packaging was changed). This I explained as I showed her husband that item in question was in fact, the correct item. He wasn’t buying it. So I go look for the items, then I go to my TL to make sure I wasn’t bugg’n.

Back to the car to tell her alternative pick up person that these were the correct items, and that the packaging was updated.

They were sure that these were not the items she ordered and wanted to return them.

We try from the app that for some reason he didn’t have so we’re on call trying to guide her to the option to do a drive up return.

THAT TOOK FIFTEEN MINUTES and because we both started to get impatient, I just looked it up and did the return from there…

And now a non smoker needs a joint.
