so a little while ago i started having dreams where my best friend dies, and each dream just gets worse. its been since the middle of may and i havnt been able to sleep a aingle night without having a dream of him dying in front of me. its different everytime too.

its eating away at me and when i told him about he said that hed been having bad intrusive thoughts about dying that started around the same time.

Ive been struggling with a lot of other things and Im worried that if i cant get the dreams to stop ill go insane

if anyone has really good methods for getting rid of nightmares please help me
