I’ve recently noticed i get super irritated or angry over the smallest of things that usually wouldn’t bother me in the slightest. I’ve found myself yelling at almost every single car that inconveniences me no matter how small, like if they sit at a stop sign too long or if they don’t go as soon as a light turns green.

I’ve also noticed that my remarks towards my sister have been aggressive, if you have a sister you’d understand we talk shit all the time to each other as sisters do but my come backs have been shocking and come out of my mouth before even thing about it, i’ve been apologizing a lot for it because it even shocks me at how aggressive i talk. Has anyone else experienced this?
