Product manager at mid size company at service based trying to move to product based

Hi, I’m a Product Manager with 6 years of total experience. I worked as a Software Developer for the first 3 years in two product-based companies, and then moved into a Product Manager role, again in a product-based company.
About 11 months ago, I joined a mid-sized AI services company as a Platform PM in their R&D team, working on their in-house AI platform which they use for client solutions and accelerators. But last month they shut down the R&D department because we weren’t getting enough new clients, and I got moved to the Delivery/Consulting side.
Now, for the client, I’m working as a Program Manager. I accepted it because it was either this or sitting on the bench and eventually getting laid off. My experience has mostly been in software/SaaS products, and that’s where I want to continue.
I’ve been applying to PM roles for a while now but I’m hardly getting any interview calls. Sometimes I feel like I should do the 1-year ISB PGP, but it’s very expensive and I’m not sure if the ROI is worth it. I’m a bit confused about what I should do next.
Fyi my salary is around 30 Lpa dont know why i am not getting any interview calls , I am applying to company portals . Don’t know how to navigate in carrer furthur . I feel kinda stuck . Everyday i plan to resign because my M2 is very toxic literally every meeting he is shouting on me It seems he has some anger issue and right now we are in discovery phase like there has been no escalations and he is behaving like this don’t know how development will go then
