I have lived in colonial park for 2 years and I enjoy it. Super close to stores and shopping. Also residential enough to go on runs. Just haven’t met anyone on the community side of things.

I want to move to have change of pace. I got accepted for a house around 2nd and Dauphin. Do you think I’ll like this change? 19 days a month I live by myself and enjoy scenic runs, going for a beer, playing guitar, and accessibility. The biggest known downsides would be driving and safety. Thoughts?
