Trip to the ER

Last Thursday I was having pretty bad pain all through the day, plus throwing up and diarrhea.
I went straight to the ER and by this time the pain was unbearable. Of course there were a million people waiting. While I was waiting to be seen I threw up and had diarrhea twice. I felt like my insides were coming out.
I finally get seen and they gave me morphine for the pain. Morphine does nothing for me and I tried telling them that but they wouldn’t listen. Of course they did blood work and a CT scan. And of course my 5mm stone was moving around causing the pain.
The pain had gotten so bad that I started to hyperventilate. My blood pressure went way up and my pulse was getting too high. Come to find out I had an infection!
I was admitted and put on antibiotics and better pain meds. They put in a stent and I’m finally home. The stent hurts like crazy!!!!!!! I have an appointment with the Urologist Monday. Hoping not to keep the stent too long.
