This will be my third year growing hops. I have cascade and chinook growing currently and plan on harvesting next month.

What do you guys do with your hops? Obviously majority of people brew beer with them. But what else do you guys do?

I’m thinking of using some to make a hop wine and hop seasoning for cooking with.
