Wellnite

Hello therapist community.

I am a therapist in Texas. I have been using the platform Wellnite for a few months now. Honestly, I probably should have read and taken the advice of other posts regarding this company. Long story short- I would strongly NOT recommend using this platform. This advice is not just one sided from providers perspective.

In my experience, communication and payouts and platform are all LESS THAN QUALITY. I have not been paid for 7 sessions completed over 3 months ago yet payment for same insurance and patient was able to go through for sessions after the identified period. I have requested attention and explanation to this multiple times with no resolution.

I filed a BBB complaint and Wellnite was not responsive to them. I sent an email on 6/21 with my notice to come off the platform and all I have gotten so far is general response of ‘thanks for contacting us. We will be in touch’. When you call and leave a voicemail, the message says they will get back within one business day. DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH! Apparently one business day to them is not the same as traditional understanding.

I am sharing this for twofold reasons:

  1. those thinking about using them, take

  1. and listen to the reviews and experiences
  2. any professionals out there who have experienced the same issues with payouts? If so, how did you resolve and/or any ideas on how to collectively put the pressure on?
