Issues with rifle accuracy

Small issue with CVA Cascade .308 this rifle has approx 600 rounds through it, bought it brand new. It was punching 1” groups at 150 yards, later that year I took down 2 deer with it and after that I could not hit a paper target at 50 yards.

Originally I was using Sig Sauer buckmaster scope and CVLIFE precision rings.

I found 1 of 2 action screws was loose, took it all apart cleaned it and reassembled with torque specs, batter but still punching 5” groups at 50 yards.

Got a new scope Leupold vx3hd, Leupold rings, and still not grouping well. Last attepmt I put the CVLIFE rings back on since they did well on the previous 600 rounds and it’s still punching 4” groups at 50 yards. What am I missing? I took everything apart and cleaned everything. Is it possible something wrong with rifle? The muzzle doesn’t have crowing, from the beginning I had a muzzle break on the rifle and then switched to suppressor. I’ve also tried to change the suppressor vs muzzle break vs nothing at all and nothing changed in accuracy. Could it be something with the rifle?

Zastava M92 vs the Century imported M92PV?

Would you rather get a used Zastava M92 or brand new Century Arms Imported M92PV? Where I'm looking, they're priced pretty close together

Goat has green diarrhea, not sure what to do.

Hello we are fairly new to goats and have had them for about a year, our 7 month Nigerian dwarf doe just randomly started having green diarrhea she had normal this morning tho, she seems maybe a little lethargic but still eating and running around, and her famacha is pink, do you think I should go ahead and worm her? Or should I give Pepto? I've heard this can happen due to over eating as well just looking to see if anyone has any advice? Thank you!

How old are these kittens?

We think these kittens were dumped at our farm today, they are definitely not feral or outside cats they are very clean no fleas and super friendly not scared of humans or inside. I think they are around 8 weeks what do you think? Maybe they are a little older?

I've seen so many conflicting opinions about whether or not to feed grain. I just want to have a good setup before I get my goats next week, but I keep getting told different things. The goats will be weaned and 12 weeks old one Nubian and two Nigerian dwarfs, Is it okay to just give them hay, loose minerals, and forage from grazing? Or should I still provide a grower or medicated grain? Please let me know. Thank you.

the Leupold vx freedom handle .308?

Looking at the Leupold vx freedom 3 9x40 To put on a cyg cascade .308

I like to shoot it for fun but it's also my hunting rifle in the South East states so I'm not getting crazy long shots maybe 200 yards at most. I want to stay around $700 & under $1000 I really do like the Leupold vx freedom only thing I don't super like is that it doesn't have the dashes for holdover. Biggest concern is will it handle the recoil because I shoot it more than just during the hunt season.
