I feel kind of awkward making this, because I don't really make posts on here (here as in reddit at large) often. But the wiki for the campaign trail mod hope (while being a good wiki page) also still leaves me unclear on how to get certain candidates in the ending list of presidents.

Some of the things I want to figure out (as in the candidates I'm currently interested in): how do you get Pete Buttigieg, two term Bernie Sanders in 2012, Jesse Ventura in 2008 and a few others.

I ask because I do want to see a President Ventura, but also because a common ending slide for the Weld path mentions Pete Buttigieg as something, either the President or the Candidate for the Democrats. So I just wanted to figure out how you even get him on the list of presidents!

I would ask if anyone had guides for some of these candidates, but I don't need guides. Simply knowing the parameters for getting them would be enough for me right now.
