How is the House Bill 623 (mandatory moment of silence) working out?
Brad Little mandated that every school starts the day with a literal minute of silence. It's supposed to prevent suicide or something. Parents seem just as confused as the students about what this is accomplishing. All kids, K-12 are literally not allowed to speak at the beginning of the day.
