I just bought BF1 from Steam the other day and now I can't play as it's not launching... What to do?

I am trying to find these anywhere to buy but just cannot, either out of stock or no correct size. They can be from US as well as long as they ship to EU. Size EU43, US9.5, UK9.

Any help?
