My 86-yo mother died last week within 24 hours of getting her first ever Reclast infusion. Has anyone heard of such a result that related to Reclast?

She had no medical conditions except for high blood pressure, which was under control with medication. Her primary care doctor is puzzled —- this is not the doctor who initiated the Reclast infusion.

Certainly, it could be coincidence, but this was so sudden and shocking, I have to ask these questions
