I’m travelling to Sri Lanka from 10-15th Sept along with my wife and one more couple.

Planning to go to Colombo, Galle, Tissa/Yala, Bentota, Colombo in that order

What are you thoughts about the locations & what about the weather during these times?

Also, I’m having a tough time figuring out transport. We want to avoid public transport altogether, was thinking of self drive or private car with driver. What do the costs look like and where to book for self drive?
