Its been two- three days i am feel different sensation, light, tickling feeling in my sacral chakra, anyone else went through same?
No i don't do any sadhna or yogic practices, not following any routine, i am not meditating either!
Besides, i have a very boring monotonous single life ( not a complain) but point is There isn't anyone either who give me this sensation feeling.
So, what's this???
