I finally got a job!!

I have been searching for a job for a long time and would constantly get rejected. My resume is filled with animal related jobs, so I would mainly apply to stuff like animal shelters and things of that nature. I cannot tell you how many rejctions I got. It was literally torture. Today I got offered a job for an after school program working with kids, which is definitely not what my ideal type of job was but it's money and I'll take it. I'm so excited, I feel like a new person LOL. I am about to start university again studying marine biology, so I'm hoping I can eventually do something in that field. Don't give up guys!! I wanted to give up so much but I knew I couldn't afford to

Happy 10th birthday to my kiddos!

Where has the time gone? I cannot believe these two babies are ten! The right is sugar and the left is cherry. Sugar has two types of cancer + has had a partial jaw removal. Cherry has arthritis and is a slow walker, but they both have so much love to give. They make me happy everyday and I don't know what I would do without them. Happy birthday ladies!!!!!

Sugar had a rough day at the vet

So, my little lady was suspected of having a UTI a week and a half ago, but the medicine did absolutely nothing. I went to another vet and they discovered she had no UTI, but her thyroid basically sucks. We were at the vet from 9:55 in the morning to literally almost 5 in the afternoon. She was not a happy camper.

I got some meds so send some good vibes to my baby! She does have cancer, but they did not find any correlation to this. So basically, they don't think the cancer directly affected her peeing issues/losing weight. She's fast asleep right now.

Cherry went to the vet today because she's been having trouble walking. She will slip and I will often have to help her stand up because she's been having trouble balancing. If I have to lift one of her paws up to, let's say wipe off dirt, she starts tipping over. This makes me sad because it makes me realize that my dogs are actually getting old. Her and her sister are almost ten. Send some good vibes her way ✨️
