What is the chance Tesla repairs this under warranty as I have a 20 year pre-paid solar lease thru Solar City (Tesla)?
The damage roof tile is at the bolting point. Another one under another panel and it’s slipping. This system is 8 yrs old. Roofer said it was due to installer at the bolting point.

My home inspector found this mold in the garage near water line. No active leak. How concerned should I be?
I’m in California and I have a soundbar bar I was going to remove as it’s screwed into a soundbar mount that’s screwed into the wall. When I took it off I noticed a 2 inch hole with the wires coming out of the wall. Am I allowed to take the sound bar and maybe it’s just better to leave it as the hole would be an issue right?
