VSF GMT - looks great, feels cheap. Just me ?
Before you roast me I am aware it’s a rep and it’s not going to be as good but here is my brutally honest and rant of the VSF batgirl. Here is my VSF batgirl next to my Gen Bruce Wayne. All i ever hear on here is how good the VSF GMT is. Visually i think the VSF is incredible. But the second i pick it up i instantly can feel it’s fake and it’s not even close. Even without having the GEN next to it you can tell very easily. Ive had multiple friends who aren’t watch people try and tell me which one is real and which is fake and they all got it right instantly. The caseback isn’t smooth and solid it feels brushed and hallow. If you tap on the top of the case anywhere you hear it all rattle and spin. The clasp also feels a little thinner than the gens. Did i just get a bad one or are they all like this ? Which rep has the best FEEL to it ? I also have a VSF sub and that one feels so much higher quality so i guess im just surprised with how much people rave over the VSF Batgirl. Overall side by side in good lighting i get it they look almost identical (crystal isn’t quite as good and the cyclops i think reads slightly small and not quite as clear from any other angle other than straight on) just don’t let anyone touch it or they’ll instantly be able to tell lol ! (Pro tip - i have actually sanded down the case back to make it feel smoother and that has helped a little but still definitely not the same.)
