Hello. To be direct, I accidentally sent money to a shoppee account. Just a mistyped number. Only 1 number. I have been calling the reciepient and told me she's gonna send it back. But up to this time no refund has been given to me. And the recipient blocked me.

I reached out to gcash as well as shoppee pay but their customer service were slow esp. shoppee pay. They just keep directing me to a nonsense CS. I need your help. I also reached out to BSP with regards to this. Gcash replied but told me, shopppee pay is unresponsive.
