Had the urge to do two multis and GOT NOBARA

Seeing my units, I have a phantasmal orb but I don’t know what unit to use it on, do I use it while rolling for an anniversary unit or should I roll on crackjos banner, I don’t know what character to go for and upgrade 😓

Like what units and recollection bits I should have and max and what recollection bits I should use on my characters and if there’s anything I should grind out OR units I should go and save up for, I’m sorry if it’s a lot but I appreciate any help I can get!! (I have pictures of my characters, collection bits, my strongest character, and where I am in the story, I also have a phantasmal orb I want to use but I don’t know on who)
