This may be my favorite book I’ve ever read. It’s so muck wrapped into one. My best friend gifted it to me maybe 4 years back and I had always been trying to read it then I’d put it down.
My favorite chapters of the whole book are the last part where Navy is doing exploration #5 and Johnnys part directly after that.
There’s so much to say about HoL but I’ll leave it here. After finishing, my soul feels barren and I literally cried as soon as I read the last page.

I’m just taken back by how amazing this series is.
Renewal it’s confusing yet intrigued me, and was absolutely beautiful short film
Beneath the earth and the rolling giant utterly terrify me to my core, and then at the end of the rolling giant completely rephrase what happened in the video. And then life of a giant just makes me feel for the giant, you got to see his life then you see how the giant died. Had me sobbing by the end.
