google just broke up with VS Code and didn't even leave a note

for those of you who have been on Antigravity since day one

how are you actually feeling about 2.0?

from outside it looks good, like build for everyone to use. New desktop app, CLI tool, multi-agent orchestration, background tasks, voice commands, SDK.

but I keep wondering what it feels like from the inside.

people who built their whole workflow around the old setup, who figured out the quirks-

does 2.0 feel like the thing you loved got better or got replaced by something that just has the same name?

drop your 2 cents or more

had 5 clients last year, then 3, now zero. don't know what's wrong

cold email, linkedIn outreach, seo, content strategy, agent deployment, managing pipeline- this is genuinely what I have been trying to do. early this year, i worked w 3 SaaS and one AI agency. then slowly, one by one, they were gone. Budget cuts. "we're pausing marketing for now." "we'll circle back." they never circled back.

now iam at zero again.

i keep second-guessing everything. rates, positioning. the way i outreach and i wonder if market shifted and i didn't even notice. i wonder if i should just go get a 9-5 and stop pretending i can do this.

but i have invested so much time learning, building agents, skills and applied them and i have case studies, proof, results.

then why can't I find the next client?

i don't have a clean answer. posting this because i am tired of feeling like the only one going through this. and maybe someone here has been here and knows something i don't or missing or doing wrong.

we opened the subreddit. the anxiety was already here.

Hey everyone! This is our new home for freelancers, early-stage founders, and marketers who are genuinely trying to figure out the SaaS and growth marketing world, without the performance of having it all together. We're glad you're here.

What to Post

Post anything honest. A tool you tested and hated. A campaign that flopped and what you learned. A question you've been embarrassed to ask anywhere else. A win but tell us what broke first. If it's real and it's about building, growing, or surviving the tool stack, it belongs here.

Some ideas to get you started — cold email experiments with actual numbers, AI workflow breakdowns, "is anyone else struggling with this" posts, SaaS tool reviews without affiliate brain, GTM strategies that worked or didn't, and the occasional existential crisis dressed as a question.

Community Vibe

Honest, dry, and low on performance. We are not a guru space. We are not a highlight reel. We are a room full of people who are also behind, also figuring it out, and find that oddly funny. Be a person. That's the whole rule.

How to Get Started

  1. Introduce yourself in the comments below. Tell us what you're building or what tool is currently defeating you.
  2. Post something today. Even a simple question can start a real conversation.
  3. Know someone who would belong here? Bring them in.
  4. Want to help moderate? Reach out. We're looking for people who get the vibe.

Thanks for being part of the very first wave. One must imagine the SaaS marketer happy. Together, let's make r/GrowthAnxietyClub the place where they actually get there.
