How to keep lasagne layers flat
My layers keep expanding and erupting, whats the trick to keep them flat?

Boomers with large property portfolios can still negatively gear newly purchased existing properties...
So the proposed changes still allow investors to offset rental losses/expenses against income from other properties in their portfolio.
That means boomers with high income from property investment can still buy existing properties and effectively negatively gear against that income.
What a joke.
Expenses should not be deductible against portfolio income, only the individual investment.
