$22k Credit card debt

I have almost $22k in credit card debt, about $100k mortgage on a home that plumbing, A/C, roof, etc have all failed on, and monthly child support. I cashed out my Simple IRA to bring it down this far.

I make $25/hr and am regularly finding myself unable to make all my minimum payments, but in general I think it's usually just tight. This last month especially so because of the larger biannual and quarterly bills.

I think the cause of most of the original overspending is now gone, it is just a matter of getting out from under this debt. Is it even possible though? I have a bad feeling it isn't.

My mortgage, minimum card payments, and fixed bills are a little over $2,800/month, and my monthly take home is around $3,300 so $500 left per month after bills.

My home is an hour from town and my main 8-5 job is remote. I have been trying to find a second remote side work or something in town that can replace my main job for more but have not had much luck.
