Reproducibility pain: what's your lab doing to make analyses portable?

I've been thinking a lot about computational reproducibility in neuroscience — especially the part where you try to run a labmate's analysis and spend half a day chasing dependency conflicts.

Curious how other labs are actually handling this in practice. Is anyone using Binder, Code Ocean, DataJoint, or something else? What's worked, and what's fallen apart once you actually tried to hand it off to someone?

If your lab has tried to standardize reproducible workflows, I'd love to hear how it went — especially anything around NWB, FAIR data principles, and environment management. Did it stick, or did people quietly go back to their own setup after a few months?
