Asking for advice, just got back into pokemon.

Recently I've been getting back into the Pokemon world, ( mostly thanks to the 30th anniversary ) which i was a huge fan as a kid. I took a look in my old collection and found this binder which i'm not even sure it's official, inside it there were a few "nice" cards such as the Espeon, the Charizard and the Kangaskhan.

My main questions are if they are worth anything and seeing the condition some of them are, how much does condition impacts their value? Other than the sleeves that i've recently bought is there a better way to preserve them? should i get a new binder?

I feel like a beginner again so any reply can help!

(Sorry if i made any grammar error.. )
