Lesions found on liver

I’m freaking out.
38 year old female. I was sent for routine blood work, which came back that my AST, alt and ggt were elevated, so my gp sent me for an ultrasound to see if I had fatty liver. Turns out I don’t, but they found 3 lesions on my liver. I’ll copy the report below. Now I’m just waiting to hear from my dr for further testing.
I am overweight, but have been loosing weight (intentionally), my highest weight was 265 and I’m now at 198. Not diabetic or have any other health concerns.
All I can think about is not being here for my kids 😭
I don’t even know what I’m looking for here… words of encouragement? Happy ending stories??? Ugh
