Napa-wtf na lang ako sa teacher
I’m honestly really disappointed with one of the teachers at my youngest sister’s school.
I got a text from my 14-year-old sister saying na napagalitan daw siya ng PE teacher niya kasi hindi siya sumusunod nang maayos sa activity nila.
The thing is, medyo developed na talaga yung sister ko for her age. While they were doing jumping jacks, she was already feeling uncomfortable kasi naturally nagba-bounce yung chest niya. Some of the boys in her class started laughing and whispering to each other while looking at her, which obviously made her even more conscious and uncomfortable.
Instead of addressing the boys, yung sister ko pa yung napagalitan and punished for not following the activity. She tried to explain to her teacher kung bakit siya uncomfortable, pero ang sagot lang sa kanya was, “Hayaan mo na lang sila.”
Honestly, I got really furious when I heard this. My sister was already being made uncomfortable and was being laughed at by her classmates. She shouldn’t have been made to feel like she was the one at fault for other people’s inappropriate behavior. If the boys were making her uncomfortable, they should have been the ones corrected—not her.
